How long will I have access to my courses?
Courses must be taken within 6 months of registration date. After 6 months, courses will automatically expire and will not be accessible.

If my course has expired, how do I get an extension?
You may purchase a 2 month extension (up to a total 3 extensions can be purchased in a one year period) for:

(NYS Department of State requires the course must be completed within one year from start to finish, no exceptions)

Salesperson Pre-licensing Course = $50
Remedial Course = $50

How do I receive my course completion certificate and how do my hours get submitted for credit?
Appraisal Continuing Education

We will mail you the course completion certificate within 7-10 business days.

The course certificates you receive upon completion of a course should be maintained by you and submitted to the Department of State in the event you are audited. Failure to prove completion of the requisite education could result in a fine, suspension, or revocation of a license.

Sales Pre-Licensing and Remedial Course

Once you pass the in-person proctored final exam, you will be issued your course completion certificate.

The school will notify the state that you successfully passed the course.

Real Estate Continuing Education

At the end of the course, you need to print the student affidavit. You will need to sign and fax/mail back the affidavit in order to receive credit for completing the course. Once we receive the affidavit, we will mail you the completion certificate.

What is the refund policy?
Continuing Education refunds are available up to 30 calendar days after the date of enrollment.

Prelicensing refunds are available up to 15 calendar days after the date of enrollment as follows:

There are no refunds for textbooks purchased as part of a Package.
